Delete your OnaNet account

Clients and providers can permanently delete their accounts from the app.

Delete inside the app

Cancel an active subscription first

Deleting OnaNet does not cancel a Google Play subscription. In Google Play, open Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select OnaNet and cancel it to prevent renewal.

Sign in to OnaNet.
Open Account & security.
Select Delete account.
Type DELETE. Password accounts must also confirm their current password.
Select Delete permanently.

The deletion happens when confirmed; it is not merely scheduled.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address associated with the account. Include the account email and whether it is a client or provider account. Do not email passwords, OTPs, payment-card details or identity-document images.

Account profile and OnaNet authentication identity.
Client installation requests and related account data.
Provider profile, packages, coverage areas, team accounts and verification files associated with the provider.
Reviews and reports associated with the account where deletion is not restricted by a legitimate legal, safety or fraud-prevention need.

Preferences stored only on your device, such as saved providers, theme and preferred location, are cleared by clearing OnaNet's app data or uninstalling the app.

Limited information we may retain

We may retain transaction, dispute, fraud-prevention, moderation or legal-compliance records where required or reasonably necessary. We may also retain a minimal deletion record containing identifiers, email, reason and deletion time to enforce the deletion and prevent unauthorized account recreation. Backups and third-party systems may take a limited period to expire.
